Captain Brandee Sharp, Licensed Master 100T NC

From my early days boating in New York to sailing the Gulf of America and the Bahamas, my love for the water has been a constant. It led me to the Turks and Caicos Islands, and eventually to Florida. In 2021, my husband, dog Romeo, and I completed America’s Great Loop aboard our trawler, Bella Vita. I continue to share my passion and my experience by providing on-the-water lessons and classroom instruction. Teaching for The Captain School has enabled me to pass on my knowledge and share in the joy students feel when they’ve accomplished their goal of becoming a Licensed Captain!

Students become Captains and these Captains become both colleagues and friends. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a previous student living their dream on the water!
