Upgrade to Masters License: 25/50/100 Ton
Advancing from an OUPV license to a Masters License is a major step forward in a captain’s career. This credential opens the door to commanding larger vessels, carrying more passengers, and expanding the scope of your operations.
Whether you’re looking to grow your professional opportunities, meet industry requirements, or simply expand your capabilities as a mariner, upgrading to a Masters License is the next milestone in your journey.

Advance Your Credentials With A Masters License
The Masters License authorizes captains to operate inspected passenger vessels, expanding opportunities beyond the limits of the OUPV license. Inspected vessels are required to carry a Certificate of Inspection (COI), which specifies both the maximum number of passengers permitted on board and the designated areas of operation.
Earning a Masters License demonstrates advanced knowledge, training, and responsibility, allowing mariners to carry more passengers and operate larger vessels with confidence.
